" EVA PRÉMIUM" - UV AGROFILMS:

Changed Global warming up made it necessary to provide our products with an anti-ageing additive. Addition of"EVA" PREMIUM lengthens the duration of the products. Its excellent flexibility ensures increased resistance against blasts of wind, its antioxidant content is a guarantee for UV stability of the product even in the hottest summer days. EVA content gives flexibility for the film in winter days. The key point of the three-layer, so called EVA films is that one layer retains the UV beams being harmful for the plants, the second layer prevents exit of the long-wave heat beams, while the third layer ensures high strength of the film.

INSIDE FILMS

Earliness and energy-saving makes it necessary to apply double foil cover in establishments with large space. The measure of energy-saving depends on the heat beam permeability of the applied covering material - inside film

SMALL TUNNEL FILMS

Small tunnel film cover is very popular. By means of this cover we can surmount external temporary cooling down of minus 2-3 °C. Small-tunnel film cover has the effect of increasing earliness by several weeks.

HYDROCULTURE SOIL COVER

Our products based on rockwool serve for hydroculture vegetable and flower growing. It is recommended for the following plant cultures: tomato, pepper, cucumber, gerbera, pink etc.

They serve for packing products based on rockwool. The foiled rockwool products make transportability and keeping of humidity easier.

The black-white film ensures protection of the roots against light as well as rack and alga formation.

SOIL COVERS :

The most important advantage of using soil cover films is that they increase the temperature of the soil, thus improving water and nutritive matter absorptivity of the roots, consequently ensuring stronger growth and better crop. The colour of the soil covering film determines its optical properties (reflectivity, absorbability, permeability) and thus exerts influence on what an extent will warm up the soil, the surface of the foil under the film, that is how the microclimate around the plant will change. Black film is used most frequently, it absorbs the coming sunbeams and transfers the energy - by means of heat transfer - to the soil, thus warming it up much better than in case the beams would arrive directly at the soil surface. Due to the fact that the heat conduction capacity of the soil is better than that of the air, thus soil will warm up the best there. Because black film does not let the sunbeams through, no parasitic weeds will grow beneath.  
The transparent soil covering films let the large part of the sunbeams through and thus - although they better warm up the soil, than any other coloured films, the parasitic weeds will strongly grow beneath and they do not die under light coloured films (green, purple, smoke colour) In summer time also these films have weed killer effects since that time the weeds almost get boiled because of the high temperature and humidity developing under the foil.  
A relatively new version of the soil cover foils is the photoselective type, which makes a transition between the black and the transparent foils. It absorbs the part of sunbeam needed for growing of the weeds, but lets through the other part of it. Thus no weed will grow beneath, but the soil will be warmed up similarly to the transparent film. To make open-air cultivation competitive and to utilize the available possibilities, crop safety, average yield and crop quality must be improved that can be reached by improved intensity of cultivation, development and modernization of the cultivation technology. Soil covering is such a technology.  

REFLECTIVE FILMS

They are having excellent effect-mechanism since they reflect the light falling on the soil cover. The advantage is the improved yield, due to the increased light intensity, as well as prevention of weeding and more efficient irrigation.

SOIL COVERS (so called pepper) FILMS

In pepper cultivation the yield per square meter is higher in case of each of the applied soil covering films, as compared to the uncovered growing. The main benefit of using the soil covering films is the soil warming effect. Every soil cover film increases the temperature of the soil as to the uncovered cultivation and at the same time it increases the yield by about 20 %. It can be explained by the fact that the film provides optimum temperature for the plant in the soil for a longer time of the cultivation

RIDGE UV FILMS

In strawberry cultivation ridge growing is the most frequent technology for making cultivation more intensive, for developing and modernization of the cultivation technology.
