POLYETHYLENE FLAT FILM FOR MILK
The PE flat film products are suitable for practical and cost-efficient packing of dairy products (milk, cream, sour cream etc.) and other liquids.
Our coextruded flat films are made in three layers, according to the demands of the customers, with 1-6 colour flexo printing.
Production in three layers makes it possible to use a wide range of basic and auxiliary materials - LDPE, HDPE, MDPE, LLDPE, METALLOCENE, PA - thus meeting the individual quality requirements of the users and filling machines.
Kinds of the flat films for milk: nature-white-nature, black-white-white, black-PA-white.
The features and benefits of the multi-layer films:
- perfect tightness for liquids
- high values of breaking resistance and resistance against puncture
- reliable seams, excellent weldability even in case of quick filling machines
- elimination of micro holes
- well-closing surfaces e.g. in case of packing fatty products
- good O2 and gas tightness
- excellent aroma-tightness
Application of the coextruded, multi-layer packing materials in the food industry is a guarantee for increasing the durability of the products, ensuring at the same time esthetical appearance.
